Reservation & Cancellation Rules
>> One day's rent for room/rooms shall be collected on official cash receipt as advance towards confirmation of each reservation 10 days before the check in.
>>10% of the advance will be realized as cancellation charge when a reservation is cancelled one week before the check in.
>>25% of the advance will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation intimation is received 72 hours before the date of check in.
>>50% of the advance will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation intimation is received 48 hours before the date of check in.
>>Intimation of cancellation within 48 hours will not be liable for any cancellation and the total advance in full will be forfeited as retention charges.
>>One preponement or one postponement of reservation shall be allowed subject to availability of accommodation.
